Charges and Payment: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is due at the time of booking. The balance of the fee is due the day before the event.

Payment Terms: Local Clients- Payment may be made by cheque (payable to Amber Woodley), cash, online third party transfer at NCBA- Account number: 7318223-Amber Woodley or Republic Bank-Account number: 910101464308. Visiting Clients - Payments are to be made in cash prior to the day of event.

Cancellation Policy: If the client wishes to cancel this contract, the client will be required to pay a $50US cancellation fee and for any work described in this contract that has been completed to date. If you cancel within 24 hours of the event date, 75% of the total bill is due.

Refunds: If for any reason Milestones is unable to fulfil this contract on the agreed upon date and time and cannot reschedule in a timely manner, a full refund will be issued.

Damages: If any items are damaged or missing, client will be responsible for the replacement cost.

Liability: Milestones will not be held responsible for any acts of nature or other forces beyond its control that may affect the delivery and/or quality of the services described in this contract.

Weather Conditions: Clients will be allowed to reschedule if the forecast predicts bad weather conditions on the day of your event.

Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of Anguilla.

Severability: If any part or provision of this Agreement shall be determined to be void, illegal or legally unenforceable by any Court of competent jurisdiction, then the same shall not affect the validity of any other part or provision of this Agreement, which, subject to such determination, shall remain in full force and effect as between the Parties.
