During our consultation process, we will uncover and establish your design vision. A design proposal will be created which outlines the costs associated with executing that vision, which includes decorative elements included in our package, as well as certain pieces which will necessarily have to be outsourced through an external vendor e.g. flowers, custom props. However, our team will oversee the arrangement of all decorations to ensure that your design vision is achieved. To make your special day perfect and hassle-free, our team will skillfully handle all the important bits as outlined.

Before the wedding

• Visit and recommend appropriate venues in line with your budget and style.

• Recommend and offer guidance in selecting vendors, such as caterers, bakers, florists, musicians, lighting technicians, photographers, videographers, make-up artists, hairstylists, tents & chairs suppliers etc.

• Arrange and attend meetings with vendors and negotiate on your behalf.

• Liaise with vendors to coordinate logistics and review contracts.

• Create and manage expense budget, including monitoring deposit and payment schedules.

• Create detailed timetables for vendors.

• Set up and manage gift registries.

• Receive and manage guest RSVPs.

• Conceptualize and coordinate decor based on client’s vision.

• Design save the dates, invitations & wedding programmes

• Coordinate printing, enveloping and distribution of printed materials.

• Source and organize wedding favours.

• Arrange hair, nails and make-up consultations to test and select desired glam.

• Arrange marriage license from court registry

• Provide guidance on flow of wedding ceremony and etiquette.

• Create floor and seating plans.
